All work are done according to client's specifications.

Rebuilding of scoops, etc.

We do CNC cutting / sand blasting and painting.

Draughting of all workshop drawings are done onsite.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY STATEMENT image
RAMCIN (PTY) LTD recognizes and accepts its duties as an employer to ensure that in so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare at work of its employees.

RAMCIN (PTY) LTD will ensure that all reasonably practicable efforts are made to safeguard its visitors, contractors and members of the public, who may be affected by its activities.

RAMCIN (PTY) LTD will observe all relevant statutes, regulations and codes of practice and will take appropriate steps within its authority or the:

  • Provision and maintenance of plant and equipment that is safe and without risks to health
  • Arrangements for ensuring safety and absence of risks to health in relation to the use, handling, storage and transportation of articles and substances
  • Provision of sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure the health and safety of its employees at work
  • Maintenance of a safe place to work and provision and maintenance of a safe means of access to it and egress form it
  • Provision and maintenance of adequate welfare facilities
To realize these objectives the company shall make available adequate resources to promote and maintain best practice in Health & Safety Management RAMCIN (PTY) LTD will endeavor to prevent any incident that may result in injury, ill-health or damage to property.

RAMCIN (PTY) LTD firmly believes that Health & Safety is an aspect of Management equal in importance to any other management function.  The company expects all Managers and Supervisors to consider Health & Safety as part of their normal duties and responsibilities, in order to prevent injury or ill-health.

Middle and Junior Management will be accountable to their appropriate Senior Manager and ultimately, to the Chief Executive for maintaining RAMCIN (PTY) LTD's Health & Safety will be monitored and will be taken into account as part of their overall performance appraisal.  Details of their duties and responsibilities are contained in the Health & Safety Management System.

RAMCIN (PTY) LTD requires all its employees to co-operate with the Management of the company in order to achieve legal compliance and meet our own Health & Safety standards.

Employees are reminded not to take risks which could affect their own or other person's Health & Safety. Any breaches of the Company Health & Safety Policy / Rules will result in disciplinary action.

All employees will receive written copy of their duties and responsibilities as contained in the Health & Safety Management System.

The prime function of the Health & Safety Management System is to assist RAMCIN (PTY) LTD in meeting the Health & Safety Objectives.  Health & Safety Managers are ultimately responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for the provision of a professional and comprehensive Health & Safety service to the organization, including the development, implementation, monitoring and review of RAMCIN (PTY) LTD health & safety Policies.

As part of our Health & Safety arrangements, suitable and sufficient assessment of the risks to Health & Safety will be undertaken for all tasks performed by this organization.

The purpose of such assessments is to identify the appropriate preventative and protective measures necessary, to comply with any relevant statutory, provision and to ensure the Health & Safety of our employees and other persons affected by RAMCIN (PTY) LTD activities.

No Health & Safety Policy is likely to be successful unless it's actively involving all our staff. Safety improvement meetings will be held at each work location and their role is outlined in the Health & Safety Management System.

In accordance with legal requirements, Safety Representatives shall be appointed at each main location and participate in the work of monitoring and improving safety in the workplace.

RAMCIN (PTY) LTD recognizes the need for Health & Safety Training to ensure that our employees are competent to perform their work without risks to themselves or others.  Such training will be provided at induction and periodically during the course or employment.

Designated Health & Safety Managers or their deputy's are responsible for investigating and reporting the circumstances surrounding and caused of all incidents concerning persons injury, property damage, near-misses or non-conformance. Where necessary, they will be assisted by Senior Management and will provide assistance to independent accident investigators.

An appropriate report form must be completed for personal accidents. Copies of all report should be sent to designated person.

In certain circumstances external authority's may need to be advised. Full disclosure of all available information will be provided to them.

Copies of this policy shall be made available to all employees and displayed at all main locations. It shall be brought to the attention of all contractors, customer and visitor and be made available to any other interested party.

RAMCIN (PTY) LTD, OH&S Management Policy & OH&S performance will be continually reviewed and improved organization.  Where necessary, new Health & Safety objectives will be set and circulated to main locations.  All relevant Health & Safety stakeholders will advise of any changes.
RAMCIN (PTY) LTD believes in the constitutional right of all employees, clients and communities to exist and work in an environment conducive to sustainable development and is committed to the highest standards of environmental protection throughout all phases of construction by upholding the basic principles of environmental management.

As such, RAMCIN (PTY) LTD fully acknowledge a moral and legal responsibility for the safeguarding of the environment and the well-being of all those affected by the Company's construction activities.

RAMCIN (PTY) LTD SHALL:
  • Implement, document, review and maintain an Environmental Management System based on impact assessments and in line with acceptable system standards
  • Ensure that communication of the Environmental Management System and its requirements to all personnel under its direction through induction and training
  • Monitor the effectiveness of this communication and the understanding of the requirement by individuals on the projects throughout their daily tasks
  • Enforce management responsibility within a prevent to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Reduce and where possible, eliminate and prevent any harmful effects on the environment and community due to pollution or waste generation
  • Liaise openly with all interested and affected parties on environmental matters
  • Monitor and report upon the effectiveness of the Environmental Management System on an on-going basis to ensure continual improvement and complaince
